The flurry of mergers and acquisitions impacting the channel recently has been no more evident than among the vendors with which managed service providers work. Look no further than Kaseya's headline-grabbing announcement in April that it would buy Datto. It's probably the biggest MSP-related M&A news since investment firm Thoma Bravo bought IT management software provider ConnectWise in 2019.
But the M&A isn't relegated to huge vendors. We're seeing MSPs both nationwide and around the world gobble each other up at a record clip.
